Pop Pop’s Black Manhattan: 2oz Sazerac Rye, 1/2oz Amaro Averna, 1/2oz Stirrings Blood Orange Bitters
Sazerac: 2oz Old Overholt rye, Peychaud’s bitters, simple syrup
Vieux Carre: 3/4oz Sazerac Rye, 3/4oz cognac, 3/4oz sweet vermouth, 1/3oz benedictine, 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters, 1 dash Angostura bitters
Boulevardier: 1 1/2oz Sazerac Rye, 3/4oz sweet vermouth, 3/4oz Campari
Nola 75: 2oz cognac, 1/2oz lemon juice, 1/4oz simple syrup, shaken with ice and served in a coupe topped with champagne

Indigo 75: 2oz Indigo gin, 1/2oz lemon juice, 1/4oz simple syrup, shaken with ice and served in a coupe topped with champagne
Gimlet: 2oz gin, 0.75oz lime juice, 0.75oz simple syrup, shaken with ice and served in a coupe
Negroni: 1oz gin, 1oz sweet vermouth, 1oz campari
Aviation: 2oz gin, 3/4oz Maraschino liqueur, 1/4oz Creme de Violette (or Peychaud’s bitters), 3/4oz lemon juice, shaken with ice

Aperol Spritz: 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part soda water, served on ice
Ruby Soda: 2oz Ruby Red vodka & grapefruit sparkling water
Ranch Water: 2oz Tequila, 1.5oz lime juice, topped with Topo Chico
Silly Temple: Prosecco and Maraschino cherry
Coke Plus: Coke Zero and Old Overholt rye

Shirley Temple: Sprite and Maraschino cherry
